Ryan indicated that if more processing lines are required to satisfy demand, the company may hire more personnel. Less than 10% of the company's customers are located outside of the country, thus it has decided to keep its activities here.

Unless they transferred the factory to Europe or a few South American nations, Ryan claimed it would be challenging to find qualified mechanics abroad.

Even while it can outsource special orders for expensive cigars, the majority of its manufacture happens domestically.
